'FFS' Factory Finish Suspension    New for 2011

The suspension that comes stock on bikes today, particularly WP, Showa and KYB is of extremely good quality and when set-up for the individual there really is not a lot better.

Before now the FFS service has only been available  to sponsored riders and with great results.

British Enduro Champion Tom Sagar with his 'FFS Forks' These were standard Suzuki RMX450 forks not Ryan Dungey's factory Showa's!!

This is what you get with Dr Shox 'FFS' Factory Finish Suspension

Based on you supplying the forks and shock, you get a complete bespoke re-valve set-up including full service and overhaul including oils gases and springs where required, so the suspension is tuned to the optimum.

Then anodising of the feet and upper tubes. The shock body gets the same treatment, shock caps and spring retainers etc – in a choice of colours to give it that 'factory' look.

The stanchions are Nitrate coated either gold or black. This doesn't just look trick but makes the chrome less likely to stone chip and with less friction makes them super plush.

Not only will your suspension look factory it will feel factory, too.

For best results supply new or almost new suspension.

Dr Shox Recomends a 'Suspension Setup Day' with this service (£350).

Factory Finish Forks  -  £499.

Factory Finish Shock  -  £349.

This includes full re-valve setup, service overhaul, oil and gas, springs where required, coatings and anodising.
